Its true...all the one's you mentioned could have been on my list...perhaps should have been....Each of the movies you mentioned certainly had an impact on the SciFi community and industry in their time. I think of 2001 Space Odyssey, which I have seen twice though out my life. One time in 10th grade and then again just last year. Its amazing how current movies pay homage to that Kubrick film. Certainly ID4 did, Zoolander, and many many others I am sure I am forgetting. I don't know if I ever saw Logan's Run, although Miles probably did, and I haven't seen the original "Planet of the Apes" either. Those are the reasons they didn't make my list. Ghostbusters was good (I am assuming you mean the first one.), though not one I have watched more than once, and that was during my mispent youth. 8^) Bladerunner, of course is a classic, though a slower movie like 2001 by today's standards. Thanks for commenting, my Twitter friend.

You totally left out "Logan's Run," "2001: A Space Odyssey," the original "Planet of the Apes." Does Ghostbusters fall under SciFi? Ghostbusters I... and Blade Runner... of course.

Ok this is interesting...so posted the fact that Stephenie Meyer's Twilight was among the most pirated books of the year. I posted the entire top ten of which half were sex or porn related...I almost immediately got spam saying "Come here! We have erotic DVDs." I, of course, blocked it.
