Through mountains of snow and mounds of gifts, Kevin Bachelder, Scott Hertzog, and Miles McLoughlin (yes, we conned Miles into doing it) brings you the second episode of the currently named Genre Viewing Challenge. The name is subject to change based on YOUR vote. That’s right, our Christmas Gift to you is to allow you to chose the name of the joint venture between the Scifi Diner and Tuning Into SciFi TV Podcasts. We had tons of suggestions form you folks and we narrowed them down to our top ten. Now it is up to you. See below to vote.
In this episode Kevin starts us off by talking about his experience with the first six episodes of Dark Angel and shares his thoughts about them. Miles and Scott follow this up chatting about the first two episodes of Charlie Jade. Yes, that’s right. We only watched two, but then again Kevin has two seasons to work through and we only have one! That means we can slack a little. 8^). We wrap up the show hearing your feedback.
Our goal for the next episode (we’ll probably record it the second week of January) is for Kevin to watch up to episode 12 in Dark Angel and for Miles and Scott to watch up to episode 8. So if you are watching along, you kind of know where we are at. Feel free to share your comments, thoughts, and things you’re noticing on the forums at Tuning Into SciFi TV (links below), on the SciFi Diner Facebook Fan Page, or below this post.
Don’t forget to vote for your new name!
Merry Christmas!
