Scifi Diner Conversations 16 – Listeners Weigh in on Fringe, The Pending Cape Cancellation, The Event and More.

This week listeners congregated at the Diner and continued to weigh in on the pending Cape cancellation, talked about Fringe and whether Fauxlivia is pregnant or not, talked about what makes them stick with a show, shared thier iTunes reviews, talked about the Superbowl episode, asked whether or not we loved the Crushers from Next Generation. We have a poll below for you to vote on one of them.

Show 100 is just around the corner for the diner and Scott and Miles want to know what you want to see in this show. Also we want to know if you like the current format (trivia, news, TWIST, Interview, and SciFi 5 in 5), if there are segments you like more than others or segments you could do with out. We are listening and often take suggestions from listeners.

Carl wrote in and asked “Who are your favorite current genre characters? Your favorite all-time favorite genre characters? What makes a great genre character? Are you more likely to stick with a show because of character or story?” We answer all his questions but are looking for you to throw in your own opinion.

We also talk about the Sanctuary renewal, a bit more about Tron: Legacy, your opinions about the American Being Human premiere, what it means for a show to be an original show, more on the Caprica Final Five Episodes, The Cape, V, Prometheus (what used to be the Alien Prequels), and whether iTunes just might be charging too much for their TV show seasons.
