On the menu tonight:
Tonight on menu, we serve up an interview with John Broughton and Mike Bednar from Starship Farragut. We give away a signed print from Lee Arenberg in our trivia this week. We also give you our review of Iron Man 2 (Warning: This comes complete with spoilers). We wind up with our SciFi Five in Five.
The Interview:
A the Farpoint Con, we had the pleasure of sitting down with two members of Starship Farragut: John Broughton (John is the Executive Producer of the live-action version of Starship Farragut, and plays John T. Carter, captain of the USS Farragut.) and Mike Bednar (Mike is a producer of the live-action version of Starship Farragut, prop maker and plays Commander Robert (RT) Tacket, first officer of the Farragut and long-time friend of Captain Carter.) They discuss their upcoming releases and the animated episode that they have been releasing in the style of the 1970s animated Star Trek; true to their mantra “Bringing Classic Trek Now.”

Typical prima donnas with a high school-clique mentality is what I would call the cast and crew of Starship Farragut. Not only is John Broughton coming off like one, but Michael Bednar is letting his ego show in the worst possible way.
Starship Farragut – The musical?
That’s way too far fetched.
