My top five scifi(ish) villains in no particular order:
Colossus (The Forbin Project)
Ba’al (Stargate)
Dolores Umbridge (Harry Potter)
Dick Jones (Robocop)
President Snow (The Hunger Games)
I view all of them has having a layer of complexity and maybe style that takes them all beyond the cookie cutter bad guys so many movies/show rely on.
